2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you interact with our website:

  • Contact form submissions — name, email, and message content
  • Local storage — a preference key remembering your consent choice and your light/dark theme selection
  • Anonymous visitor statistics — page address, referrer, country, browser and device type, collected without cookies and without any identifier that could single you out

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process your data to:

  • Respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest / consent)
  • Remember your display preferences (legitimate interest)
  • Understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site (legitimate interest)

4. Cookies & Analytics

This site sets no cookies. We store two preference values in your browser's local storage — your consent choice and your theme preference. Neither is transmitted to us. For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not fingerprint you and does not track you across other websites. Because it collects no personal identifiers, it needs no consent and cannot be used to build a profile of you.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and contact form messages are delivered via Azure Communication Services, processed within the EU/EEA region. Anonymous visitor statistics are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. as our data processor.

6. Data Retention

Contact form data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection, after which it is deleted.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet)
